New Zealand rugby : Job switch

New Zealand All Blacks prepares their rugby world cup (host in 2011) by going through a “coaching switch” for the end of season tour in Europe.
All blacks Graham Henry, Steve Hansen, and Wayne Smith have swapped jobs. They are looking to reinvigorate the team.
This job swap was recommended by five senior players who saw it as means to provide new ideas, new voices, and new challenges for both players and coaches.
Some claimed the move was prompted by player’s dissatisfaction and is an attempt to freshen a coaching combination which had grown stale after six years in charge.
But coaches are excited about the change. “It seems to bring energy and challenge to all, players and coaches” “we will learn from each other and it is good to experience another role in the side”
